The client struggled scaling the account for some time and was long time ready to serve a larger number of customers. They had great potential for scaling as their product was high quality with great customer service. So the problem was in the marketing teams they had previously work with. Since it was in the middle of the pandemic when I started working with them, I focused on the fact that it is safer to order online, the freshness of the product, the price compared to the restaurant orders. 3.
